New for 2009!
its been a while since decapitado has posted anything here or on our web site.... in fact its been quite some time since decapitado has done much as a group/band. however there is some news that weve been keeping under wraps for the past few weeks.....
decapitado would like to announce the departure (completely amicable) of guitarist takis kinis and the reinstatement of decapitado co-founder and guitarist andy skeels into the group. work on the follow up to 2004s "blacked" cd will now continue and we hope to have 3 or 4 songs completed and released by early 2009 with the full length to follow soon after. also in the works are gigs around the wisconsin area as well as in chicago and minneapolis. mike, dan and andy are pleased with the steps weve taken over the past few weeks working up old (diguster) and new (kimbundu) songs in preparation for some live performances... watch this space for updates, pics, music, and live dates all to be announced in the coming weeks!
